Joining a Team group

I have O365 and Outlook 2016 I am trying to setup a teams group but automatically enroll the members and have it show up in Outlook without them getting the "invite to teams" email.  Is this possible?

Team-enabled groups are automatically "hidden from Exchange clients", so it you want it to appear in Outlook you need to toggle this flag first. Read here:https://www.michev.info/Blog/Post/2020/hiding-office-365-groups-from-outlook-and-owa
