IVR option not found

Hi,
Have an emerging issue where the IVR will come back to the user with "Sorry could not find this option"

Seems to happen when the IVR has not taken a call for a while. If the user selects the option a second time it works.

 

I'll pop a support ticket in shortly, but was keen to hear if anyone else is experiencing the issue.
