Issues with Microsoft Teams video

Copper Contributor

Hi,

Since a couple of days I'm having issues with my microsoft teams video.
When I logon to a meeting, people can see my video. But at some point, the video does not come through any more (even though I still see my video in my MS-teams). Not sure why this is happening. I tried to change privacy settings, but in the 'Choose which apps can access your camera’ MS-teams is not there. Note that in MS teams the settings for the camera are correct.

Does anyone know a solution for this problem?

Best regards

@PieterVDssl2455  Hi so as per your description seem you are using the Teams web version/browser if so you need to click on that lock that will show you the settings where you could see mic and camera are allowed or not,

the other best option will be to use the desktop client as it is rich and give you full functionality and advance features.

We use the desktops version, both in Mac and PC and this issue is across the board. Everyone in my team is having the same problem.
