Issue with Teams and MFA.

We just enabled MFA and I have one user that cannot connect to Teams (via the Windows App). The web version works fine. When he tries to connect, he enters his email address (@.net), enters his password and is prompted for a code. He gets the code over his phone and enters it. The computer hangs for a while then a screen appears saying "We have run into some issues" or something like that, with a button to restart teams and a link to sign out (the link does not work). The strange thing is that I can login to Teams on his computer with my credentials just fine. Tried reinstalling, restarting, changing his password, looked in credential manager (there were no entries). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Can you try

1.) Log out, clear the cache (https://commsverse.blog/2018/09/28/clear-the-microsoft-teams-client-cache/) and try again
2.) Also ensure in Settings > Accounts > Access Work and School that everything is as it should be there and no accounts are conflicting
