Issue with Microsoft Mesh App in Teams

Hi Everyone,


I was wondering if anyone else has been experiencing issues with adding the mesh app into Teams? When trying to add to a meeting or channel, I press add and it brings up a blank screen. This happens in the new / old windows client as well as the web app.


I have no issue in accessing the mesh windows app, and have had several meetings through here, as well as on a meta quest device.

I've reviewed your second screenshot and question, and I've done some additional research on the issue. I believe I have a solution that may work for you.

First, make sure that you're running the latest version of Teams. You can check for updates by clicking on your profile picture in the top right corner of the Teams window and selecting "Settings" > "About" > "Check for updates".

If you're already running the latest version of Teams, try clearing the Teams cache. To do this, follow these steps:

  1. Close Teams.
  2. Press Windows + R to open the Run dialog box.
  3. Type %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams and press Enter.
  4. Delete the Cache folder.
  5. Restart Teams.

If you're still having issues, try signing out of Teams and signing back in.

Finally, if you're still having issues, try adding the Mesh app from a different device or network.

Thanks a lot for your reply. Unfortunately I have tried all of your suggested troubleshooting steps, but the issue is still present :(
