Issue with editing messages

When I edit my message and upload a new attachement and publish, it doesn't immediately appear as a part of the message. Infact the attachement appears only after a reply has come in to my message. Anybody else face similar issues ?

I am also facing the same issue. In my case, after saving the changes, the image is not displayed, but when I click Edit again, the image is there. Hope, this is the UI refresh issue. For me, the problem solved after refreshing the page (without additional reply).
