@ferjaso

Is your client managed by a corporate IT or is it a private owned?

So in this directory there are the teams files?

C:\Users\fj_so\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Teams

How about the eventlog? Is there an entry @ application that might tell you why it is not possible (or maybe in the applocker eventlog if corporate managed)

Application and Services Logs\Microsoft\Windows, click AppLocker

@ferjaso Hello, try this procedure.

1. Uninstall Teams desktop app

2. Delete the Teams folder (go to Start/Win button and type %localappdata%\Microsoft\Teams)

3. Reinstall Teams desktop app https://teams.microsoft.com/downloads
