Is there now a way to automatically add to the navigation in teams

Hello Teams Community,

Please i need your help on this issue.

Is it possible to add Power Bi and CRM tabs to the navigation pane on teams by company default rather than having to add them individually for each user?

@IBN Yes it is. You can add the apps to the App setup policy "Global (Org-wide default)". You can read more about it here: Manage app setup policies in Microsoft Teams - Microsoft Teams | Microsoft Docs
