Is there a way to configure applications settings/ application data in admin center of MS Teams?

Can we configure application data or application specific data in the admin center of MS Teams? If yes can someone tell me the reference for the same?

You can certainly go to the Teams apps tab > Manage apps > select the app > Settings. Not every app has settings that can be configured though.

And also, how to provide action in Admin center for specific custom app?
I am developing an app and I want to  provide a setting (for e.g. API credentials which would be used org. wide) action in my application. So, how can we do it?? Is there steps or documentation for that  which can help in developing it?
