Is there a MailTips equivalent for Teams posts?

I'm wondering if there is a feature similar to MailTips to warn users when they post in a channel with over a set number of users. I often see complaints due to alert fatigue when a conversation in a Teams channel goes on too long or applies to too few channel subscribers (this happens in other apps as well).

• Can individual users set parameters to warn them when a post may go to a larger group than desired—for instance, if the poster doesn't realize how large the channel subscriber list is?
• Can similar paramters be set by policy at a group or organization level?
