Is the Managed Meeting Rooms service available for small businesses?

Copper Contributor

Hi,

I stumbled upon this service and found it would be beneficial for my small business. We have a couple of conference rooms all of which contain the certified devices on Microsoft's website as well as the Meeting Room License. However, every time I try to sign in I get this message:

"You don't have access to this application :(

Contact your administrator to make sure you're added to the "Global Admin" role in AAD, or that you're assigned the "MMR Administrator" role in MMR."

I do not know why I am receiving this message as I am the Global Admin of my company and have been identified as so on the Microsoft Admin portal.

I was wondering if anyone else was facing similar issues and how they resolved it. Thanks

Hi,

Managed Meeting Rooms is now called Microsoft Teams Rooms Premium. You need a MTR device and a MTR Premium licence. You can sign up for a trial if you don't want to purchase a license directly. https://rooms.microsoft.com/

Also notice that MTR Premium is only available in some markets.

When MTRP is up and running for your organisation you can sign in to the portal ( https://portal.rooms.microsoft.com/ ) if you are assigned to the correct membership.
