iPhone App Shifts Bug

Copper Contributor

Last week, a few of our staff have had problems with Shifts in the iPhone app - specifically, when they click on "Shifts" from the bottom menu, their individual shifts are no longer listed under "Your Shifts" (which pops up when you first click "Shifts"). You only have the option to view "Team Shifts" by clicking on the top right corner of that screen. The only way to see just your individual shifts is to go to your profile in the app and click "View Schedule". Why has that feature left? We all have different iPhone models (6, 8, 11Pro) and have all completed the most recent update. We've looked for it in Settings but can't find it anywhere.

@cocfitz  Having this issue too. I made a topic on it but haven't gotten a response from Microsoft on it. Appears to be a bug.

Same problem over here too...

My team is also having this same problem. Have we heard if their is a solution in the works?

Nope. It's been a widespread issue judging by the amount of posts. But radio silence from Microsoft or any of their Devs. Even on the uservoice page there has been nothing.

Hello all - we ask that users report bugs (and suggestions) to our uservoice forum.  That way it can be voted on by other users and you can track the results.  https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/

Thank you for being active members of the Teams community.

We did.

But it looks like there’s bugs on there that have 1000s of votes and haven’t been replied to or looked at. No way to know if they’re fixed or not. There really needs to be a better way to report bugs than the uservoice forum. There’s no real way to upload photos to it. Just relying on a O365 admin to do it really isn’t enough, and neither is the uservoice.
