Integrating Team in angular web application

Hi,

I have a business requirement where in we need to display Teams Icon on our angular web application home page. Clicking on this icon user should be redirected to users channel in Teams. Are there any Microsoft teams api's available using which we can authenticate and login user to their teams channel/account.

@Rajni_Singh yes, like all on Office 365 the APIs are at graph.microsoft.com.
