We have a Office 365 Business subscription but can see no option to install and deploy teams. If try to setup new install with my work email it won't accept it?

@Graham007  - Teams is an integral part of O365. Go to your portal at office.com, log in & look at all of the apps you have. One will be Teams. Select it & it will open Teams. As it opens it will offer the web version but strongly suggest you open the actual app. If the app isn't on your machine it should install it. If it doesn't, get it from: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/microsoft-teams/download-app

Once installed you can set up your first team (or set up using the web version), doesn't matter. For other users/team members, install the app & log in although if you've added them to a Team then they'll get an invite. That invite should trigger the install process too! Hope this helps :)

What kind of subscription exactly do you have? If it's the "Office 365 Business" one, which only includes the desktop Office apps, you are not able to use Teams. You will need to purchase a subscription that includes Teams, or sign up for the free/trial Teams exploratory experience: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/teams-exploratory

I have Microsoft365 Business Standard. Looking at the product comparison page (See shorturl.at/btxzB), all business tiers come with Teams, even the basic offering "Business Basic". The only offering that would ask you to purchase a subscription would be the free version of Teams (which I also use) which offers an upgrade, which, if chosen, gives you the full version (that is already available in Office365 Business)
