Is there anyway to include the number that was dialled in Teams call history?
We are using Click-to-call from Dynamics and many of our records have an additional number (e.g. cell).
As there is an activity automatically created in Dynamics when click-to-call is used, our users will want to initiate the call from Dynamics and want to know which number was successful the last time they called.
Somewhat related, does anyone know what process creates an activity in Dynamics when click-to-call is used. The phone number is not populating here either!
