I have a user struggling to post in multiple channels on banners
1. User types announcement in banners - OK
2. Users adds the 2 subheadings - OK
3. User goes to files, copies a link such as a powerpoint or note book
4. Goes back banners and tries to add the link
5. At this point a buffering symbol appears at the top of the banner box
6 user clicks 'post to multiple channels' the text box in the banner drops, little arrow at the bottom right of post disappears and is left to start again.
Any advise to over come this and get the user able to post on banners would be greatly appreciated
