In the subject line add Dial-in number and conference ID in a dial-in friendly format.

I do this manually for every meeting I create.  However, it seems like an easy win as dev projects go.

I have a suggestion for a feature.  Add the Dial-in number and conference ID in a dial-in friendly format.  Example:

Field = Meeting Location:   Microsoft Teams Meeting 555-555-5555,,123123123#

When scheduling a meeting from within Teams or via the outlook add-in and the user has Audio Conferencing enabled, then include the phone number and conference id to the subject line of the meeting for ease of use for audio-only attendees.  Most mobile devices will format the following: phone number + ",," (two commas used to pause the dialing) + Conference ID # to allow one-click dialing.  It is hugely time-saving and helpful for mobile and audio-only attendees.

@Andrew Mills Hi Andrew, feature improvements/suggestions should be posted at UserVoice to get proper attention. In this case it's Teams UserVoice -> https://microsoftteams.uservoice.com/

Hi @Andrew Mills

That's correct this is a feature requested in released. Should be available soon. I have seen customization in the invite for the Teams Meeting inside the meeting.

Microsoft User Voice:-
