Hello!
I am receiving the error message "You can't send messages because you are not a member of the chat", despite the fact that I am the organizer of the meeting.
This seems to usually occur when a different presenter shares their screen in the meetings, and when they stop sharing I regain access.
I'm hoping this is a simple setting somewhere that I can uncheck?

Thanks for the response! I'm not in IT, would that include creating the meeting in Outlook via the Teams plugin, rather than in Teams itself?
edit// I checked, and it's all within the same tenant.
