I have lost my access to a work account and I am administrator of my organisation.

Hello,
I’ve lost access to my account that I use for communication via Teams at my work. I can’t reset it because I get this message:
“We're sorry
You can't reset your own password because password reset isn’t properly set up for your organization.

You must contact your administrator to both reset your password and to check your organization’s setup.”
I am an administrator of this organization but I’ve not set self-service password reset and now I’m not able to reset it for myself. I don’t see any solution that will help me so I ask you to help me.

If you are an Admin and the only admin and you do not have access, you can contact Microsoft Support by phone.
