I don't have administrator rights but should

Copper Contributor

Recently, an IT company set up Microsoft 365 for the NFP I manage. I wanted to use the break to get the most out of it and onboard the rest of the team. However it appears I have no administrator rights and can't do any of this. Unfortunately they're not answering me to see if the original company can rectify this. Two questions...

Is there anything I can do about it so I can add employees?

Is there anything they can even do about it if they didn't set it up this way to start with?

You should be able to create teams and add (existing) users to them, but for some operations you might need admin permissions - best talk to that IT company.
