I cannot call an external phone number on Teams- "You are not set up to use this calling feature".

Hello Teams Community,

Please I need your help on this.

I cannot call an external phone number and i do get a voice message saying "You are not set up to use this calling feature".

We have already assigned a phone number to our resources account. 

Below are all the available licenses that we have:

I have no phone number assisgned to myself.

Do i need to have a phone number assigned to myself before i can call external phone number or what do i do to make an external calls.

You need to have the phone system license enabled on the account and you need to assign a phone number when using calling plans. You also need to configure the emergency location for the user if applicable to your region.
