I cannot access admin center.

I am trying to access the admin centre as I believe this is necessary in order to grant my wife access to teams. When I try to log in to it, I  am told that I cannot use a personal email and to enter a work email address. My 365 subscription is with my personal email address and could not be linked to any other address. I have tried using my phone number linked to the account but this does not work either.

Hello, there's no Teams admin center available for Teams free or Teams for personal use. You just invite the user from Teams, and that can be done in several ways.
