I can still see Teams channel adresses in my outlook address list.

Hi. 

I have a question, how to disable the option to pick the Team channel address in the outlook Adress field? 

I turned off the option to "Hide this group from the global address list". 

But sadly, when I start to type it, it will still appear (both in Outlook online and Outlook Apps). 

The problematical part is that I have address lists and team channel lists with the same email addresses and it is confusing for users to pick the right one. That's why I must find a way that they can see and able to pick only dist. group address.

The option to hide a given object from the GAL will only take effect in Outlook after it downloads the updated Offline address book, which in Exchange Online happens once every 24h. In other words, give it some time. You might as well clear any stored/autocomplete entry for the said address (press the small "x" one the address pops up).
