I can not create team from my all company group

I have E3 Office 365 account. Within admin portal teams I have the all company group linked to my account, of course, automatically generated. It shows in the portal overview as Group with Team status on 'blanco'. 

Going into the group on my portal and the clicking on tab Microsoft Teams and accordingly To collaborate with this group on Microsoft Teams, make it into a team the answer has been given We couldn't create a team for this group. Please try again. What to do? Retrying does not work. The team is not visible in the app.

What wise advise can be given?
