We are about to start supporting a project which has about 600 conference rooms contrywide.
Does anyone have any idea of how to set up a view using Office 365 tools where I can display only scheduled meetings outside business hours?
Is there anything within Teams or Outlook for example where an alert can be set up so if a meeting is scheduled between 5pm and 9am (next day) and alert can be sent to a destination with information about the room scheduled and time booked?
Any insights are very much appreciated.

@walciranrodrigues Not sure how you could do this. Maybe using Power Automate to monitor the mailbox and then set a trigger?
