How to share files in Microsoft Teams with external users?

Currently we are Godrej Park Retreat working Microsoft teams but I am facing some issues like unable to share some format files like PDF, PPT to the external users. how can I share that in Microsoft Teams

If those are the only files you cannot share externally it sounds as if your administrator has set up some kind of data loss prevention policy or other restriction. The default organizational external sharing settings doesn't restrict the type of file being shared.

Select Attach Choose file button beneath the box where you type your message in a channel.

Do one of the following:
• Select Recent to choose a file you recently opened, and then select Upload a copy.
• Select Browse Teams and Channels to choose from all the files you have access to in Teams, and then select Upload a copy or Share a link.
• Select OneDrive or Upload from my computer (depending on where the file is located), and then select Upload a copy or Open.

You can also go to the Files tab and select Upload.
