How to rename account names and upload pictures for Guest users

I am a teacher my students doesn't have an Office365 account, so they are guest in my Teams.  The public school can not buy licences.

I can not change their account names or picture. I think these features are very important with the coronavirus pandemic, I really want to create an amazing virtual classroom experience, but I can't

This is something that only your Microsoft 365 Admin can do through Azure AD. You have to ask him/her to do that for you
