Hi,

Check for the different network parameters while you are on a call. There are various media standard that governs a good call vs bad calls. Check how is the routing from your ISP to Microsoft nearest front door. If the ISP taking more hops then better of changing to a different ISP and check.

Hi @prestigekingscounty ,

Experiencing audio issues during Teams meetings can be frustrating. Here are a few steps you can take to rectify audio issues while in between meetings in Microsoft Teams:

1. Check Audio Devices: Ensure that your audio devices, such as headphones or speakers, are properly connected to your computer and selected as the default audio output and input devices in your system settings. Sometimes, a simple device connection issue can cause audio problems.

2. Test Audio Settings in Teams: Open Microsoft Teams and go to "Settings" by clicking on your profile picture in the top-right corner and selecting "Settings." In the "Devices" section, verify that the correct audio devices are selected for your speakers and microphone. You can also click on the "Make a test call" button to test your audio settings and troubleshoot any issues.

3. Restart Teams Application: Close the Teams application completely and restart it. A simple restart can resolve many temporary software glitches and restore normal audio functionality.

4. Check Network Connection: Unstable or slow internet connections can impact audio quality in Teams meetings. Ensure that you have a stable internet connection and consider switching to a wired connection if you're currently on a wireless network.

5. Update Teams Application: Ensure that you are using the latest version of the Teams application. Updates often include bug fixes and improvements that can address audio issues. Check for any available updates and install them if necessary.

6. Restart Your Computer: If audio problems persist, try restarting your computer. Restarting can help resolve any underlying software conflicts or system-related issues that may be affecting audio in Teams.

7. Troubleshoot Audio Drivers: If you're experiencing audio issues in multiple applications, it's possible that there may be a problem with your audio drivers. Check the manufacturer's website for your computer or sound card and download the latest drivers for your audio devices.

8. Use the Web Version of Teams: If you're still experiencing audio issues, you can try using the web version of Microsoft Teams instead of the desktop application. Access Teams through a supported web browser and see if the audio works correctly there.
