How to prevent files from beeing edited within Teams but not in the desktop app

I have an excel file stored in Teams, which contains Tables with several formulas. Whenever someone edits the content of a table directly within Teams, many of the formulas are getting destroyed. Therefore, is there any possibility to only grant write access to the file when it's opened in the desktop app?

Hi @Johann_Asam  Although this is about working in Teams, I'm thinking this might be a better question for the Excel discussion forum, since it's about that product's functions in particular.
