I see that you can create a Teams Meeting in Outlook to invite external guests. Can this be done from within Teams? Is there a setting anywhere to sync a user's entire Outlook address book with Teams?

@Anthony-123 It is possible to invite external users to meetings via Teams, but that functionality has to be enabled in the Teams Admin center first. Talk to your IT admin.
