I'm trying to include an external contact, who is definitely a Teams user, on a Team group chat but I'm having issues including their name when creating a Group Chat in Teams?
I can absolutely Teams chat 1:1 with the external contact, but when I attempt to start a group chat by creating a Group name and then entering the names of the people I want in the chat, I'm only able to resolve my own domain's Teams members. Even entering the external user's full email address isn't being accepted as an "External" member in the Group.
I've added the external user's domain as an accepted domain in Team Admin, so that level of permissions is there.
What am I missing?
