How to disable chat/meeting/call from MS team for single user

I have a colleague who reported this issue to us.

Please i would like to know how to disable chat/meeting/call from Microsoft Teams for a single user.

Assuming they don't need Teams accesses at all. Remove their license from the user account in admin center. You can break out the Teams/skype licenses etc. underneath the license selection in the apps section.
