How to consolidate team reports

Hello everyone,

 

I have a team of 10 people and every Friday they send me an email with a summary of the activities they did during the week, in text.

 

I have to select the main points of each email and consolidate it into a presentation to my boss. However, it is very exhausting to keep opening all these emails.

 

Does Teams have a solution to facilitate this work? I don't know, maybe some platform where everyone can write their summary, in a consolidated way.

 

Any suggestion?

if you create a Team or a group chat with all the members that need to provide summaries.. you can add a word document or excel sheet as a tab and all collaborate on that one file
