I have both the Teams for work or school, as well as the regular/personal app installed on my Windows 11 PC. When I receive an email for a meeting, how can I chose in which app to open this meeting?
Because some are work meetings, and some are personal meetings. However, all links are currently handled by/open up the work Teams app.
I looked, but could not find a way of "copy-pasting" the meeting link into the personal Teams app, or add/open that specific meeting there, in any way. So that does not seem to be a possible solution.

If you have both the Teams for work or school app and the regular/personal app installed on your Windows 11 PC, you can choose which app to open a meeting link by following these steps:
1. Copy the meeting link from the email or calendar invitation.
2. Open the Teams for work or school app.
3. In the Teams app, click on your profile picture or initials in the top right corner and select "Settings."
4. In the Settings menu, go to the "General" tab.
5. Under the "Application" section, you'll find an option called "Open Microsoft Teams automatically for links." Make sure this option is unchecked.
6. Close the Teams for work or school app.
7. Open the regular/personal Teams app.
8. In the personal Teams app, paste the copied meeting link into the chat or the meeting scheduling area. Alternatively, you can click on the calendar icon on the left-hand side and manually create a meeting using the meeting details from the email.
9. Once you've pasted the meeting link or set up the meeting details in the personal Teams app, you can join the meeting or invite others to join as required.
By disabling the "Open Microsoft Teams automatically for links" option in the Teams for work or school app and using the personal Teams app, you should be able to handle personal meetings separately from work meetings. This way, the meeting links from emails should open in the personal Teams app by default.
Please note that the steps provided are based on the general functionality of the Teams app and may vary slightly depending on the specific version or updates installed on your Windows 11 PC.

There isn't an option called "Open Microsoft Teams automatically for links" and never has been. I would suggest you've created a made up answer in ChatGPT that is nonsense.

@BjornHermans This shouldn't be the case, teams personal generates different links to meetings compared to teams work/school, but it may be interfered with depending on where you are clicking links from.
Maybe have a look under default apps, you should have MSTEAMS going to work and MS-TEAMS going to home.
