How to change the duration of a team session?

Copper Contributor

Hello, I have the following requirement.
I need to configure the time that a session lasts in Microsoft Teams, to be able to schedule a session that lasts 45 minutes. is it possible using some group policy?

Any ideas.

No, that's not possible afaik. There is no "maximum duration" that you can configure for a Teams meeting. If you schedule meetings via Outlook, you can configure defaults for the start/end meeting early values under Options > Calendar > Calendar options, but those do not apply to meetings scheduled directly from Teams.
