How to Change the Co-existence mode from Island to Teams Only

Hello Teams Community,

Please I need your help on this.

We would like to change the Co-existence mode from Island mode to Teams Only for all users. 

Does any know how to do that for all users instead of doing it manually from the Teams Admin Centre?
