EDITED: The PM confirms that this is not possible today. Our setup and pre-install policies only affect the personal scope of the app for the user, they don't allow you to install to a specific Team/Channel or meeting. We suggest you open a request at our Uservoice feedback forum, which allows other users to vote for the feature as well.
