How does a Guest change thier picture?

I read the related thread about making changes to Azure AD and Office 365 Admin center but how does the GUEST change their picture themselves? Is there not a way for them to access and manage the information stored about them?

As far as i know they cannot. There is a post regarding this topic in UserVoice that you can give a vote.
