How do you sort by name of employee in Microsoft shifts (Teams)

Copper Contributor

Is there a way or workaround to sort and filter the list of names/employees for a shift/schedule? We have an extensive list of employees (over 150), and they are listed in non alphabetical order.

Ideally it would be nice to be able to sort/filter (at least) by names and who whether or not they have been rostered)

Not in app, it's all saved manual ordering. If you need to do some checking I'd suggest using export (Top right ... menu) and you can use excel to quickly order and look over the schedule.

@Chris Webb so the official method is manual sort? Over 200 staff? And as new starters join they have to be manually placed? Needs a fix.
