How do you remove a single user from shfits

I am a global admin, and a owner on the this particular shifts.  I have one user who left the company and now we want to remove that person from the shifts?  We have removed all the shifts, we have removed them from the Team Site. But the user is still there.  

This shouldn't be so difficult?

Try this - hover over the name of the user on the schedule, click more options (...) and then remove from group

The only option we get is "move Team Member"

Hmm, in that case if the user has been removed it's probably an orphaned entry

Solution for this one is to open up a ticket to support. I would say restore the user and try removing it again - however, that may cause additional issues.
