How do I stop file sharing in the iOS Teams app?

We currently have Teams implemented on our corporate desktops, but are looking to utilise it on phones as well. Unfortunately, while we can add it as a managed app to our MobileIron set-up, I've been able to download files sent via Teams to my test iPad's local folders, which presents a security concern. Is there a way to allow file-sharing in the desktop, but prevent it in the mobile app?

Typically this is accomplished via your MDM/MAM solution, but it seems even MEM/Intune can’t do this yet for the Teams app. There are also no other policies that I’m aware of that can be configured for this. I’ve seen people mention using MCAS for this, but MCAS controls either browser sessions or native apps where there’s not a lot of fine grained control over these activities.
