How do I get Store to show so we can install an app?

I am new to Teams so this might be a dumb question.  I can open Teams and communicate and share with others.  One of my colleagues wants to install an app from Store but the icon is not there.  How do I get it to show?

Try clicking the three dots in the left menu and search an app from the search bar there

Nope.  That seems to only search the locally available apps.
