How Can Users Inform The "Suggested Posts" Algorithm?

We have a function-wide Team of c.130 people. Now we have been using Teams for a while people are seeing lots of suggested posts.

 

While this feature is a good idea and useful to keep up to speed with what is going on, it is also becoming problematic with users receiving excessive and irrelevant suggestions. For example we have just had a restructure of the team with people moving roles - users are getting frustrated that they receive a suggested post every time one of their ex-colleagues posts on the team as they no longer work together - what used to be useful is now a hinderance.

 

Is there anyway for the user to feed back to the suggestion algorithm that they want to see less suggestions from this person, or something like that?

I need this, too. I am seeeing suggested posts for specific users and not for others. Where can I change these settings? It clutters my Activity Feed with useless information.
