I’d Planner hasn’t been exclusively disabled in your org, you should be able to add planner via the + sign at the right of your tabs in any channel! Choose planner and go from there. You can also reach planner directly by going to tasks.office.com

HI Adam@adam deltinger ,

first of all thanks for your help. As you can see in the folowing picture I can´t add the Planner as it´s not available. I asked our IT Team and they said that they already activated it in Office365 but unfortuantely I can´t find it in Teams

It can be enabled as a service for users but restricted in Teams! What kind of tenant do You have? ( gov? Commercial? Etc)
Can You access Planner by going to tasks.office.com and login?

Sure I can access to the task.office.com, but I can´t find it in Teams...Where do I find what kind of tenant we have?

Ask the admin to check allowed apps in the teams admin portal

He said that it´s deactivated and once he trys to activate it he gets the following error:

Yeah! They need to go to Teams admin center and check there!
