Hi there,

I need to download a list of all our files uploaded into MS Teams, into an Excel Spreadsheet. Is this possible? if so, how would I do it?

Thanks

I know you can use "export to excel" from the libraries in SharePoint"

Also using flow to do this automatically each time files are added!

To get all teams (libraries) including new ones Im not sure how to do it , but it will  require some scripting if possible

Hi Adam,

Thanks very much for your prompt response.

I have now clicked the button in Teams on the top menu bar which says "Open in SharePoint". I then get the folder I was looking at displayed in a SharePoint UI. However, when I click the "Export to Excel" button as pointed out in your reply (for which "thanks"!) I get the entire file system of MS Teams (for our private project) not just the folder I was in.

Hmmm. Is this right? I just want to export file info from a few folders, not everything. Can this be done?

Thanks

What you can do is create a SPO view that shows the information you want and them use the Export option to export that View

Yeah, the option to export goes for the whole library! BUT in the excel file you can sort on the pathes..Just filter on the folders you want:
