How and Where to Open Endpoints for Https (IP Adresses and URLs)

Copper Contributor

Hi, this may sound like a dumb question. Where can I open endpoints for https: (IP addresses and URLs) to be added for Microsoft 365 and Teams? I was able to open or forwarding ports for this in Microsoft Firewall Defender (and will do the same if needed on my router). But I am having the hardest time trying to locate where to, open or add, my Microsoft 365 and Teams IP addresses and Https://blobs addresses. Can someone direct me to the right place for this? Thanks.

Generally you don't have to do anything on the workstation. You probably don't need anything on a home router either.
But you can cancel search for Microsoft 365 Ports and should get the page with all the ports needed. It's not for the faint of heart. It is quite overwhelming

Thanks for getting back to me on my question. I'm at a small company that recently changed our phone system from Zoom to Microsoft 365 Teams. A Microsoft rep., gave me some information of ports, IPs, Https to open for Microsoft 365 and Teams. The reason why they gave this to me is because we are not able to login (sign in) to Teams from our Polycom phones, no incoming/outgoing calls, and a busy signal happens whenever we try to use the Polycom office phones. Our phones used to work perfectly when we were on Zoom, but now since we are on Microsoft, it had not worked since. I'm hoping I could open up the ports that's recommended. I did the TCP and UDP and forward the needed ports in Windows Firewall Defender (I will also do the same on my Linksys router if needed), but I couldn't find where to open or add the IP addresses and URLs endpoints for Microsoft 365 and Teams. (https://blob...........)

That is were I am stuck on. Do you know where I can add those endpoints? Here is the information they want me to add:

• Open the following https endpoints (IP addresses and URLs):
o 13.75.175.145
o 52.189.219.201
o 51.124.34.164
o 13.74.250.91
o 13.83.55.36
o 23.96.103.40
o https://blobsdgapac.blob.core.windows.net
o https://blobsdgemea.blob.core.windows.net
o https://blobsdgnoam.blob.core.windows.net
o https://httpblobsdgapac.blob.core.windows.net
o https://httpblobsdgemea.blob.core.windows.net
o https://httpblobsdgnoam.blob.core.windows.net

Thanks again for your help.
