Example: Running the latest Windows 10 App. User mode set to Teams Only. User licensed E3+PSTN Calling Plan + Phone System and is able to place/receive calls. When user hovers over the calling icon (in this case, an external contact), the hover help displays, "Your Office 365 license doesn't include this feature. Contact your admin to change your license." Quite disconcerting for my users, however clicking on the icon does successfully place the call. Bob
I'm seeing the same thing on my client here. Hovering over the video call or voice call button on a contact card shows the message "Your Office 365 license doesn't include this feature. Contact your admin to change your license." I haven't heard from other users, but I'm one of only 2 people in the org using skype or teams for calling, so most of our users wouldn't be going for the call button.
