Having issue with Teams channel email id

Hi All,


I have created the team on MS team and shared the channel email id with the user, but he is not able to send the mail with that team's email id.

I have checked the setting under Org-wide setting, and everything should be fine but still user is facing the issue.

So, Is there any way to reset the channel email id or if there is any other way to fix it??

Any particular error message/NDR he's getting? Is he external to the organization and if so, did you enable the corresponding option when creating the channel address?
If you want to recreate the address, open the "Get email address" dialog > Remove email address.
