We have TCL (Tata communication limited) ISP with 40 Mbps dedicated ILL, when 40+ users connects to the teams meeting concurrently for training, we are facing issues with the like users cannot type or screen is getting stuck and hangs, there are lags.
Pls let us know the possible reasons or root cause for the same, how we can remediate.
Please note I have attached the Teams Test results using Network evaluation Tool from Microsoft
You should have at least 1 Mbps available per user, if not turn off video, both own video and inbound video. Even if you have 40 Mbps to internet there might be a lower bandwidth available between your ISP and Microsoft.
In the report you sent there is warnings that your client cant reach addresses in the IP Range 22.214.171.124/14, solve that.
