Guest user restrictions in Teams

Hi

Wondering if someone can help. 

Can you disable a setting that allows a guest user (not a member of the organisation) in a Team from deleting files? Sharing a file with another user? Clicking the open in SharePoint button?

@MickAdams Yes this is possible you could give the guest users only read options in SharePoint so in the backend. How to Make a SharePoint List or Library to Read Only Mode using PowerShell? - SharePoint Diary
